Client: Large real estate agency (11branches, more than 100 employees).

Problem: Using outdated desktop software. The database resided solely on office PCs, the interface was slow, and the lack of validation turned the client database into a mess of duplicates.

Mobile-first approach
We implemented a mobile-first approach. Now, realtors add properties and photos directly during the showing, while the client's impressions are still fresh. This eliminates the unnecessary step of traveling to the office and entering the data in the evening, which has directly impacted the number of transactions per month.

What we did (Solution)

We developed a custom ecosystem from scratch, focusing on three pillars: mobility, data purity and security.

Smart location directory: We've resolved the issue of renamed streets. The system now understands that "old name," "new name," and "transliteration" are all the same thing. Searching is now error-free.

Data Cleaning & Validation: Strict verification of phone numbers has been implemented. No more "067..." and "+38067..." as separate contacts. The database has become a single, valuable asset.

Role-based access model:

The hierarchy was "Realtor - Branch Manager - Center." Agents only saw their own information, while management saw everything. This eliminated the risk of database theft upon dismissal.

Instant Sync:

Full synchronization with the website. If an object is changed in the CRM, it is updated on the website instantly (instead of waiting for synchronization once a day).
